Business Hours - Our website and shopping cart are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Our office hours are 8AM - 5PM CST Monday through Friday.

Cancellation - If you choose to cancel your order on the same business day that you order it - prior to 5PM CST there will be no charge. If you choose to cancel your order between the time that you order and the time your order is shipped there will be a 5% cancellation charge. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped it is considered a return and will be handled in accordance with our return policy.

Returns - If you are not satisfied, notify us with 30 days after you receive your order to obtain return authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. Return authorizations, once issued, are only good for 10 business days. Any return must be in the original packing, in original condition. No alterations to materials, such as starting to install the greenhouse are acceptable. Custom greenhouses and custom cut materials (shade cloth, polycarbonate, polyfilm, etc.) are not returnable under any conditions. After 30 days there are no returns and the manufacturer's warranty applies. We will not accept any COD shipments. Return shipment costs are your responsibility and we will not refund original shipping costs if any apply. There is a 15% restocking fee (only applies to product price, not to any shipping charges) that will be subtracted from your refund. Any item which had free shipping or shipping included in the price will be subject to an additional 10% charge to cover the original shipping costs. Please report any shortages or damage immediately. Damages visible upon receipt should be noted on shipping manifest. Shipments must be open and inspected for shortages and damage within 10 days of receipt of goods. We cannot be responsible for shortages or damage reported after that time. Our liability is limited to the greenhouse or product purchased from us only. We are not responsible in any manner for loss of plants, loss of income, permits, improper installation of product, misuse of product, etc.

Shipping Policies - We only ship to the contiguous United States. Please allow at least 7 - 10 business days (please do not count Saturdays or Sundays) for receipt of your merchandise. In the busy spring this may go up to 15 business days (3 weeks). Most of the greenhouses are shipped via common carrier (truck lines). The driver is not responsible for helping you unload, so please supply adequate manpower to receive your greenhouse. If a container is too bulky for you to handle, the easiest way is to open the carton and take the pieces off in smaller quantities. If you are receiving an item shipped Common carrier please note, we do not order power lift gates and will not authorize the freight companies to give you this service. If you desire a power lift gate you must pay the additional charges. They are anywhere from $75.00 to $150.00. The exception to these rules is that the Enthusiast and Mini Pro greenhouses are shipped by UPS. Most of the accessories, small lean-to greenhouses, and cold frames will be shipped via UPS.

Shipping Charges - We only ship to the contiguous United States. If an item has a button and you can order it online, the shipping cost is included to the contiguous United States. The price you see is the bottom line price you will pay (unless you live in Louisiana and are responsible with the 4% state sales tax). If there are no add to cart buttons by an item, the freight will be additional. Some of these items are polycarbonate, shade cloth, etc.

Remote Deliveries - We reserve the right to charge additional shipping charges incurred for deliveries to remote areas.

Taxes - Only Louisiana residents will be charged the 4% state sales tax.

Privacy - The only people who will ever see your information are the ones involved in the processing of your order. We will NEVER sell, rent or share your information, period! The only time you will be contacted by us will be with questions or information about your pending order. Your privacy is your right and we respect it.

Alaska and Hawaii Residents - We are sorry, but we are only able to ship to the lower 48 states.

We have done everything we can to assure that pricing and specifications are correct. We are however human and reserve the right to correct any errors at any time. We reserve the right to reject any order.
