Through over four decades of manufacturing process many valuable features have been incorporated into this greenhouse. Here are what we feel sets this greenhouse apart.

The Evangeline is available in three different roof pitches (5 on 12, 8 on 12 and 12 on 12, see our glossary of terms for more information). This allows you to achieve totally different looks for your greenhouse. Also, you can also more closely match the roof lines and style of your home. There are pictures at the bottom of the page showing different roof lines. The curved eave is available in the 5 on 12 roof pitch only.

The Evangeline is available with a continuous glazing bar. In other words the glazing bar runs all the way from the ground to the peak in the curved eave model. In the straight eave there is one bar for the roof and one for the sidewalls. The polycarbonate is held securely in place by placing a two sided tape against the greenhouse frame, placing your polycarbonate and then screwing in the continuous cap. No worry about panels being secure with this system.

This greenhouse is available in 8 colors.

The frame is all aluminum with a baked on enamel finish. It has a convenient frame track for adding accessories such as ventilation systems, foggers, circulating fans, shelving, etc.

If you are going to build a kneewall, we will adjust the frame for you at no cost. This is called a door drop. We will provide you with a foundation sketch showing the door placement ahead of time, so you can prepare the site. If you need a foundation sketch for a custom greenhouse before you place the order, there will be a $100.00 charge. This is refundable with the purchase of the greenhouse. The foundation may be done in several ways if there is no kneewall. You may choose to use one of these styles.

Our roof vents are oversized at 20" x 48" and they come with an automatic opener supplied. We all learned in grade school that hot air rises. The roof vents with the automatic openers are the simplest way to get rid of this hot air. Our weather tight vent frame for roof and side vents is accomplished because the sliders, vent frames and ridge beam have a mohair weather stripping added to it.

The sidewall is 5'6" on all sizes of this greenhouse giving you extra height for hanging baskets. The peak height will be dependent on the size and roof pitch you choose. All materials are pre- cut for ease of assembly. The screws and bolts are all stainless steel. All required capping and caulking are provided. The door is a premium 1 1/2" combination glass/screen door with a key lock so you can secure your greenhouse and get added ventilation. The door can be hinged on the right hand side or the left hand side. You determine this by facing the greenhouse from the outside. We will provide you with a written installation guide.

Since this is a greenhouse which is built for you, we consider it a custom greenhouse. Our three standard colors are typically delivered within 2 - 4 weeks. Of course this will depend upon the work load ahead of you. Our designer colors will take from 4 -7 weeks. We will collect a 50% deposit with your order with the balance charged prior to shipment. All prices include delivery via freight lines to your door.

Need special wind or snow loads? Our engineers can supply stamped engineering in many states at an extra charge. We will even work with Florida codes. Many customizations are available with this greenhouse.
