Why Advance Greenhouses?
Don’t spend hours searching when shopping for a greenhouse. At Advance Greenhouses there is no need to search. We do all the work for you. We will help you find the greenhouse that meets and exceeds your expectations, with an unbiased opinion. No high pressure salespeople. 1. Will I need a building permit?
A. Always check with your local authorities before ordering or assembling any structure.
2. What tools will I need?
A. Depending upon the kit you have chosen, assorted hand tools are basically the only tools you will need. All extrusions are pre-cut to fit. Also, all glass and polycarbonate panels are pre-cut to fit.
3. How many people will it take to assemble my kit?
A. Two people are required for those times when you need an extra set of hands.
4. How long will it take me to assemble my kit?
A. Depending on your experience and which kit you choose, most kits can be assembled in a weekend or two or less.
5. What if I need assistance?
A. Pick up your phone during business hours or email us. Experienced installers are here to help you.
6. Should I be concerned about glass?
A. All of our kits with glass come standard with tempered (safety) glass.
7. What is polycarbonate?
A. Polycarbonate is supplied in sheets which are light weight. They are constructed of a two, three or five tier channel. This supplies an insulating effect which keeps the temperature more even and provides better growing conditions for your plants. They come in different thickness (4mm, 6mm,8 mm, etc.).
8. What if I grow plants with certain environmental requirements?
A. Contact us at Advance Greenhouses. We are here to design a heating, cooling, watering or misting system with optimal growing conditions to fit your need. We are just a phone call or email away.
9. What if I am not satisfied when I receive my order?
A. If you are not satisfied, notify us with 30 days after you receive your order to obtain return authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. Return authorizations, once issued, are only good for 10 business days. Any return must be in the original packing, in original condition. No alterations to materials, such as starting to install the greenhouse are acceptable. Custom greenhouses and custom cut materials (shade cloth, polycarbonate, polyfilm, etc.) are not returnable under any conditions. After 30 days there are no returns and the manufacturer’s warranty applies. We will not accept any COD shipments. Return shipment costs are your responsibility and we will not refund original shipping costs if any apply. There is a 15% restocking fee (only applies to product price, not to any shipping charges) that will be subtracted from your refund. Any item which had free shipping or shipping included in the price will be subject to an additional 10% charge to cover the original shipping costs. Please report any shortages or damage immediately. Damages visible upon receipt should be noted on shipping manifest. Shipments must be open and inspected for shortages and damage within 10 days of receipt of goods. We cannot be responsible for shortages or damage reported after that time. Our liability is limited to the greenhouse or product purchased from us only. We are not responsible in any manner for loss of plants, loss of income, permits, improper installation of product, misuse of product, etc.
Shopping cart help – If you have entered all of your information and received a notice that the card is invalid, please do the following things. First verify that all numbers including credit card number, expiration date and CVV code are entered correctly. If all of these are correct the most frequent error is in the billing address. The billing address must match exactly to the address where you receive your credit card bill. It must be exact. Please enter the address where you want the item shipped to in the ship to address. Please do not enter both the ship to and the bill to address in the bill to box. Only put the bill to address in this section. Only put the ship to address in the ship to section. If you put both address in the bill to section the system will reject your order. If you put both addresses in the ship to section we may ship to an incorrect address. If you need further assistance please call a customer service representative at 877-238-8357. DO NOT resubmit the order under any circumstances unless you have found a typographical error and corrected it. We have security measures in effect and you must pass all of them to receive a notice that your order has been accepted. Even though you are seeing a denial due to some of these security measures, your bank may see this as an authorization. This is especially critical when using a debit card. We will not be responsible for any bank charges incurred due to multiple attempts by you for an approval.
